It is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building "Przystań" in a quiet part of the city. The apartment has: two 2-person bedrooms, a living room with a corner sofa bed, a bathroom with a washing machine, a toilet, a kitchenette, a spacious patio and a spacious balcony. The apartment is equipped with a TV. In the kitchenette: induction cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, a set of pots, dishes, cutlery. The building is bright. It is close to the center and the beach.
It is 3 minutes to the nearest grocery store.
The beach is 7 minutes by car, 5 minutes by car to the center, 8 minutes by car to EkoMarina.
There is free parking in front of the building.

Apartment on Wspólna Street
A spacious apartment prepared for 8 people.
It is located in a quiet district of Wilanów. The apartment has: a living room with a 2-seater sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchenette, a dining room, a bathroom with a washing machine, a bedroom with 4 single beds and a garden with a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. In the kitchenette: dishwasher, fridge, gas hob, microwave oven, pots, cutlery, dishes. The apartment has a TV, forest and lake view. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house with a separate entrance, no elevator. There is a garden and a grill at guests' disposal.
It is 2 km to the center, 3 km to EkoMarina.
There is free parking next to the building.

Apartment on Spokojna 7
Spacious apartment for 9 people. The apartment is located on the first floor of a modern house on the border of Giżycko and Antonów. The apartment has: 2 bedrooms with wardrobes and a bathroom, a bedroom with a bathroom and a kitchen with a dining area. Guests have at their disposal: free parking, TV, washing machine, bed linen, a set of towels. The kitchen is equipped with: fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, induction cooker, dishes, cutlery, pans, a set of pots. There is a place for relaxation and a barbecue in the garden.
The city center is 3.3 km (6 min by car), 2.8 km (30 min) on foot, 3 km to Boyen Fortress (6 min by car, 30 min on foot)
There is a bicycle path nearby, which takes you to the city center, and on the other side to the municipal beach on the beautiful Kisajno Lake.

The apartments are non-smoking, pets are not allowed.

In order to avoid misunderstandings and to ensure you have a good rest, please read the following regulations. Confirmation of the acceptance of the reservation is tantamount to reading and accepting and accepting the regulations.

Introduction
By making a reservation via the website meteor24.pl, by e-mail or by phone, the Customer agrees to place his personal data in the Service Provider's database. In addition, we would like to inform you that on May 25, 2018. the provisions of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) on the protection of personal data, commonly known as the GDPR, came into force. From the beginning, I make every effort to protect your personal data. The implementation of the requirements of the Regulation is a natural part of our privacy policy.

Reservation, service fees and payment terms:
* The apartment can be booked by the customer by e-mail or by phone.
* Reservation is effective after making an advance payment within 3 days in the amount of 30% of the amount due for the entire stay.
* The advance payment is not refundable.
* If the advance payment is not credited to the bank account within 3 days, the reservation is canceled.
* The remaining amount of the stay must be paid on the spot in cash on the day of check-in.
* On request, we provide a baby cot for the apartment. Confirmation must be made upon booking.
* You can take your dog with you only after prior arrangement with the owner of the facility. There is an additional fee for pets, determined prior to booking. The customer is fully responsible for any damage caused by the animal and is obliged to compensate for such damage. The owner of the animal cleans up the dirt.

General provisions
* By making a reservation via the website meteor24.pl, by e-mail or by phone, the Customer agrees to place his personal data in the Service Provider's database.
* During the stay in the apartment, the customer may submit any comments and requests to the owner by phone.
* The customer should immediately inform the manager about any defects in the apartment during the stay. Adequate cash compensation will be charged for defects caused by the fault of the Customer.
* Items left by the customer after leaving the apartment can be sent back at his expense to the address indicated. Otherwise, after five days from the date of departure of the customer from the apartment, the staff will deal with the items in accordance with the provisions on lost or found items.
* Due to fire safety , it is forbidden to use heaters and other electrical devices that are not included in the apartment's equipment. This does not apply to chargers and power adapters, RTV and computer devices.
* A customer who intentionally or accidentally destroys the property of the apartment is obliged to cover all the costs incurred.
* The manager may refuse to accept a person who grossly violated these regulations during their previous stay.
* Parents are responsible for looking after their children on the premises.
* The owner is not responsible for any damage to cars in parking lots. The manager is not responsible for damages (in this respect) caused to each other by guests authorized to use the car park.

Client's obligations / competences / procedures for stay:
* The apartment is rented for days.
* The stay in the apartment lasts from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. , and the possibility of early arrival to the apartment before 4:00 p.m. must be agreed with the Administrator.
* Staying in the apartment without agreeing with the manager after 10.00 am will be treated as an extension of the stay.
* The customer undertakes to use the apartment in accordance with its intended use, not to remove any elements of its equipment and decorations from the apartment.
* Smoking in the apartments and balconies is strictly prohibited. A customer who does not comply with the ban will be charged PLN 200 for refreshing the rooms, equipment and washing curtains.
* The customer is obliged to secure the apartment each time in the event of leaving it by closing the windows and the entrance door with a key and careful care of the key.
* The client undertakes not to exceed the number of people staying with him in the apartment above the number reported.
* In the event of a breach of the rules set out in point 7, the Administrator is entitled to collect the remuneration due for the stay of an undeclared person.
* In the event of an exceptionally gross or hooligan violation of the rules, the Administrator is entitled to withdraw from the contract with immediate effect and remove the Customer and accompanying persons from the apartment, assisted by the Police.
* The client is obliged to follow the rules of good neighborliness, including the hours of curfew (from 22.00 to 7.00).
* Organizing social events in the apartment is prohibited. For organizing a social event that is burdensome for other tenants, the Administrator may charge an additional fee of PLN 500.
* In the event of losing the keys to the apartment, entrance door and wicket, the customer is obliged to pay a fee of PLN 100 for the purchase and replacement of the lock.
* The customer is obliged to observe the principles of good neighborliness and to keep the facility in the condition it found after receiving the keys. The Client's duties also include leaving the dishes and kitchen utensils washed before departure.
* The rented apartment must be left in the condition in which it was on the day of arrival.
* If you come with a dog, the owner of the animal should have a health book or a passport with the current rabies vaccination entry. Please also take a muzzle with you, and the dogs on the premises of the facility are led on a leash. The owner of the animal cleans up the dirt.

Changing and canceling a reservation:
* Changing the reservation is possible only when the apartment has not been booked on the newly proposed date by the customer. In this case, the change is not subject to an additional fee.
* When changing the booking is not possible and the customer has withdrawn from the contract, canceled the booking or has not performed the contract (no arrival), the owner is entitled to deduct the advance payment.
* Up to 14 days before the planned arrival, it is possible to change the booking date without costly, provided that the apartments are available.
* If the customer withdraws from the contract through his own fault, he bears the full cost of the reservation.
* Changing the reservation by the owner is possible only in the event of force majeure, preventing the fulfillment of the service. Force majeure is understood as: natural disasters, seizure of the apartment by any state authority for any purpose, strikes, wars and riots, and deprivation of electricity, gas, heating energy or water by the apartment supplier. Then we are obliged to propose a different date to the Customer, and if the Customer does not agree, withdraw from the contract by returning the advance payment to the Customer (cancellation of the reservation).
* We reserve the right in exceptional situations (breakdown in the apartment or other random event) to provide a replacement apartment with parameters and area similar to the apartment booked. If the customer does not agree to a substitute apartment, the contract is terminated and we return the advance payment to the customer.
