Prices depend on the date of stay (season).
The prices apply to renting the whole cottage, regardless of the number of people; cottages for up to eight people, the amount is not divided into the number of people.
Due to the need to disinfect the houses, the stay day starts from 15.00 on the day of arrival and lasts until 11.00 on the day of departure.
Please contact us by phone the day before arrival to confirm the arrival time, because the disinfection of the rooms takes place for a certain period of time and depends on the departure time of the previous guests.
Arrival time is subject to change. Please understand, the safety of guests is a priority.

We recommend a spacious room in the attic.
On the area of 100 m2 divided into three zones, two bedrooms with 2 and 3 double beds and a living room (2 sofas, armchairs, fireplace, TV-SAT, DVD, Hi-Fi), on the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.

Wooden, year-round cottages comfortably equipped.
The house consists of: bedroom, mezzanine, kitchen, living room with dining room, bathroom, patio, terrace.
Kitchen equipment: cooker, fridge, microwave oven, cordless kettle, pots, dishes, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery.
The bathroom is equipped with: a hydromassage cabin, a washbasin, a toilet.
In the living room: TV-SAT, DVD, sound system, table and chairs.
On the patio garden furniture (table, chairs, umbrella).
On the terrace next to each cottage there is a grill. Cottages erected on a spacious, fenced area, playground, swimming pool in the summer season, parking lot and access to Vinnitsa.

Apartments with separate entrance, terraces.

Apartment consists of: bedroom, living-room, kitchenette, bathroom.

Bathroom is equipped with: shower, bath, washing machine.

The facility is fenced.

We accept pets.

The offer includes a basement room with a sound system, satellite TV, where you can organize min. social gathering, bachelorette party, engagement dinner, jubilee party, New Year's Eve party. Prices are set individually.
For those interested, it is possible to organize a balloon flight (for an additional fee).

For the active guest we offer: outdoor swimming pool, football field.

At the present stage, the settlement does not have meals, the kitchen is equipped in such a way as to be able to prepare meals on your own.

The facility is located on a plot of 3 ha, in the buffer zone of the Kazimierz Landscape Park, on the edge of the village, by the forest.
