Tourist attractions: only 20 km separates us from the most beautiful land in Warmia, which is the Ostróda-Elbląg Canal, also known as the "Elbląg" channel, which is a unique water system that connects the Vistula Lagoon with Masurian lakes. The originality of this place consists in overcoming a 100-meter stretch and the difference in water levels using 5 ramps. Ramps are rail hoisting devices that are mechanically driven by the force of water flow without any electrical "boosters". The Elbląg Canal has been recognized as a Historical Monument.
